Digital Photography Lab - November 26th

 Image One:
This first image was for the step one. I went up close to a flower and took the photo in AutoFocus. The aim was to get it in focus and I think I achieved this in this photo. This is my favourite from all the photos I took. The aperture was 5.6, the shutter speed was 1/100 and the ISO was 200.

Image 2:
This is the second image I'm choosing. This was for the "Background objects appear larger than the subject". I like this one as it shows that it is difficult to do. I tried my best to get Alex in focus but it was hard. It looks like he is not in focus but I zoomed in to see and it seems like he is in focus. I would definitely spend longer to do this if I was to do it again. The camera was in autofocus for this image. The aperture was 5.6, the shutter speed was 1/100 and the ISO was 200.
Image 3:
This is my final image I'm choosing. I like this image as the colours in the windows are very nice. They also reflect everything off them I think it would look better if they were more reflective. All is in focus though so I think it looks well. The camera was in autofocus for this image. This was for the "The subject is dominated by regular geometric patterns". The aperture was 5.6, the shutter speed was 1/100 and the ISO was 200.

Digital Photography 19th November 2019

This is my first photo. I took it using aperture 6.3, shutter at 1/160 and ISO 200. I had the white balance set to preset manual creating my own white balance. I used a white sheet of paper to do this.

This is my second photo. I took it using aperture 6.3, shutter at 1/160 and ISO 200. I had the white balance set to white fluorescent, this created a blue hue on the photo. It is very blue but I like it.

This is my third photo. I took it using aperture 6.3, shutter at 1/160 and ISO 200. I had the white balance set to incandescent, the photo looks quite normal and nothing out of the ordinary from it. This is due to the lighting inside.

This is my fourth photo. I took it using aperture 6.3, shutter at 1/160 and ISO 100. I had the white balance set to direct sunlight as the sun was shining onto Enohs face so I thought that would work but the light was all over her face before I edited this photo. I used tungsten to change the white balance to make it look better and then I brought the contrast up and I brought the exposure down to make it look better.
